With up to 90% of construction completed off-site, this not only drastically reduces the disruption typical of traditional build, but allows great control over the construction process, resulting in a superb product.

No two rooftops are the same, so all penthouses are completely site- specific, and are bespoke to enhance the character of the host-building, whilst working amongst the existing constraints, like chimney positions, lift shafts and pipes.

3d digital surveys and precision craning allow this level of accuracy.

In a temperature controlled factory environment, perfect conditions ensure quality workmanship. Penthouses are fully commissioned and tested before leaving the factory.

During a typical ten week factory production period, the roof of the host-building is prepared and the substructure set in place for the arrival of the modular penthouse.

Having set the key dimensions of the space, the First Penthouse system allows early-buyers to customise interior design. Fittings, finishes and layout can be specified by the client.
